Our flax crackers are made with flax seed, which are full of lignans and healthy omega-3 oils. They promote cardio vascular and hormonal health and help the digestive process. The flax seeds are germinated over night to render them promote assimilation of the nutrients and make it more digestible. Then they are air dried on Teflex sheets to make the crunchy and flavorful. So its ready to crack!
